Cancellation Policy1. Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be confirmed in writing by email, where upon the deposit is forfeited as outlined below. In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed booking, the agent/client will immediately become liable for a percentage of the full cost, as set below;
a) Cancellation is received 89-60 days prior to arrival - 20%
b) Cancellation is received 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival - 50%
c) Cancellation is received 30 days or less - 100%
2. Additional fees apply for cancellation of airline tickets and other 3rd party services which will be advised promptly after receipt of the written cancellation. In the event that clients, for whatever reason, fail to stay after the confirmed arrival date, no refund can be made for days/nights missed. It is the agent's responsibility to ensure that all clients travelling with us obtain full travel insurance valid from the date of confirmation of the stay, including cover against cancellation charges. NOTE: Whilst deposit to confirm a booking is 20% and should cancellation occur 59 days or less agents are honored bound by the cancellation terms above
