Bookings and cancellation are only accepted in hard copy or via email. A 10% deposit is required to confirm bookings made outside 45 days before arrival. This deposit is non refundable. Bookings made within 45 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation to allow us plan for your stay in advance.
1. Upon late check-out, one will be subjected to the following;
> 2 hours extension which is charged 25% of the room rate
> 4 hours extension charged 50% of the room rate
> Beyond 4 hours extension are charged 100% of the room rate
2. Children between 2-5 years of age sleeping with their parents, are free of charge
3. Children between 6 and above years sleeping with their parents, each pay 50% of the total room charge
4. Children above 6 years sleeping in their own rooms, each will pay 75% of the adult cost
5. Driver guides are charged a fee of USh 30,000 and are given free meal
