1. Only written cancellations shall be accepted, and the client shall ensure that they receive an acknowledgement of cancellation from the reservations department of the lodge.
2. Charging full cost of accommodation on cancellation; the lodge has the right to charge the full value of the accommodation.
3. 60-31 days prior to arrival; rooms will be cancelled/released at no charge.
4. 30-14 days prior to arrival; any room cancelled/released will be subject to 70% cancellation fee.
5. 13-4 days prior to arrival; any room cancelled/released will be subject to 70% cancellation fee
6. 3-0 days prior to arrival; any room cancelled/released will be subject to 100% cancellation fee or where there's no show or where an in-house guest checks out before the guaranteed departure date.
